1. General Terms

2. Booking and Payment

4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. Vendors: The Client is responsible for hiring vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) and ensuring they comply with Venue rules. All vendors must be approved by the Venue [days/weeks] in advance.
4.2. Insurance: The Client is required to obtain event liability insurance, with coverage of at least [amount], and provide proof of insurance to the Venue at least [number] days before the event.

5. Venue Responsibilities
